Quality Control
Q: Who will be doing the work in our home?
A: Each job is assigned to a journeyman and an apprentice. Large jobs may require additional personnel.
Q: What training have your installers recived?
A: Each crew boss is a Journeyman trained by Rob’s R&R through a three year apprenticeship program. Ongoing training includes thirty minute safety and craftsmanship classes each month.
Pre-installation (Dust Control & Timing)
Q: What should we do to protect our home from dust?
A: Plastic off affected areas to contain dust. Sheets and sticky pins may also be used for doorways. Remove picture frames, wall hangings, curtains, plants, and other items from the room. Cover all electronic equipment and furniture in adjacent rooms.
